Martin Luther King Commemorated With Anti-Semitism
On April 4, 2008, at a Los Angeles event commemorating the assassination of Martin Luther King, the African-American fraternity Kappa Alpha Psi gave Israeli-American Daphna Ziman its Tom Bradley Award for community service. Then the event's keynote speaker, Reverend Eric Lee, turned to Ms. Ziman and launched an anti-Semitic diatribe. Roger L. Simon interviewed Ms. Ziman.               WATCH

Mr. Santisteven: Per california Penal Code 834b LAPD executives and the LA City Council are in direct violation of the State law when it comes to person(s) who have commited or suspected of committing crimes and are in this country illegally.  This Order should be ignored by the consciencious Officers who want to do their jobs, and those who try and stop them should be taken to court for  violating the State Law. Mr. Phillip Santisteven who is a Detective in the Los Angeles Sheriff's Dept Gang Unit, tells Watchdog America that the LAPD's Special Order 40 is in direct violation of California State law.

So why is Dennis Zine suddenly interested in amending Special Order 40? Could it be that because mayoral candidate Walter Moore is gaining community support for his proposed Jamiel's Law which might get him elected? Now Zine and the rest of the city council are pissing in their pants with fear that Walter Moore could end up Mayor of L.A. in 2009.

On Sunday night, March 2, 2008, it was Jamiel's father on the phone and then his son's girlfriend, Chrystale Miles. Jamiel Sr. called to tell him to hurry home from the mall. The 17-year-old boy

This gang murder like many others, could have been prevented if L.A. did not apply Special Order 40, the police mandate that does not allow police to ask gang members if they are in the U.S. illegally. Chief among the movers and shakers of Special Order 40 is ex-cop, Councilman Dennis Zine.
Zine's proposal is nothing more than an insincere attempt to make the community feel good. Walter Moore calls it a counterfeit.
