JEWISH SENTIMENT ON ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION IS SUICIDAL
By Hal Netkin

DISCLAIMER:

To eliminate in some cases, the need to use words and phrases like most, some, not all, etc., I refer to ethnic groups (Hispanics, Jews, Muslims, etc.) in the following writing in a general way based on demographic probability, with the reader's understanding that I am not lumping "all" into a particular group.

MY BACKGROUND AS IT RELATES TO THIS ISSUE:

My Jewish immigrant parents and all of my relatives were liberal Democrats with the belief that Republican politicians were corrupt and belonged to the party of the rich while Democrat politicians were honest and looked after the working class and the poor. I remember their disappointment when I registered as a Republican in 1957 just after leaving the U.S. Air Force.

Many conservative Jews like myself and organizations like The Republican Jewish Coalition are exceptions to the Jewish tradition of voting for Democrat politicians. It is noteworthy that most Jewish conservative organizations like the Republican Jewish Coalition may not support mass illegal immigration, but they don't come out against it either.

WHY DO SO MANY JEWS JUSTIFY ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION?

A large percentage of Jews -- including affluent Jews -- blindly vote Democrats into office because voting for Democrats is Jewish tradition. Traditional voting for Democrats often times is not in the Jewish community's interest. For example, out of 23 members of congress who voted in August, 2006, against the House and Senate resolutions of support for Israel, 19 are Democrats (details). If you look at the immigration voting record of these Democrats, you'll find that most of them favor amnesty for illegals, favor a guest worker program, want citizenship for illegals, and are opposed to a border fence.

Perhaps Jews believe that all illegal aliens are like their trusted nannies. But more likely it is the Jewish immigration experience they or their ancestors have felt in escaping European anti-Semitism for freedom and prosperity in the U.S. which has led them to misguided compassion for other immigrants -- too often blurring the distinction between legal immigration and illegal immigration. For example, in affluent Woodland Hills, California, Temple Judea's Rabbis support licenses for illegal aliens.

In spite of a 2002 ADL (Anti-Defamation League) study which showed that Hispanic-Americans (and African-Americans), especially Hispanic-Americans born outside of the U.S., are nearly twice as likely as the general American population, to agree with the proposition that "Jews have too much power in the business world," the ADL and its Jewish supporters continue to support high levels of immigration (legal and illegal) from third world Hispanic countries. To view ADL's study, click here.

Also read open letter to Rabbi May of The Museum of Tolerance with reference to the ADL.

Some Jews even compare U.S. treatment of illegal aliens with Nazi Germany's treatment of Jews. Read open email letter: "From one Jew to another Jew."

In the 2006 Los Angeles mayoral election, most Jews who are liberal in politics voted for Antonio Villaraigosa in spite of his continued support for MECHA, whose "El Plan de Aztlan" manifesto states "
"...In the spirit of a new people that is conscious ... of the brutal "gringo" invasion of our territories..."
"...Aztlan belongs to those who plant the seeds, water the fields, and gather the crops and not to the foreign Europeans..."
Note that unless Jews start wearing identifying arm bands, MECHA lumps them in with Gringos and Europeans. To view El Plan de Aztlan in its entirety, click here.

When I showed a printed copy of El Plan de Aztlan to some of my liberal Jewish friends, they dismissed it as rhetoric from a fringe group that didn't represent the real sentiments of Mexicans and Hispanics.

I rewrote El Plan de Aztlan by reversing racist and pejorative remarks to reflect "European" racism and called it STUSADE (STudent Sons And Daughters of Europe). As an experiment, I showed the STUSADE manifesto to some other liberal Jewish friends who knew nothing about MECHA and told them that a guy on my block was trying to get me to join STUSADE. All said it was deplorable. One friend said it looked like Hitler himself wrote it.

WHAT ABOUT MUSLIM IMMIGRANTS?

Being fair minded people, Jewish support for massive immigration is not limited to Hispanics even though La Raza  supports Palestinians. It includes all immigrants including Muslim immigrants who want to kill Jews and Americans.

THE "WAR ON TERRORISM" AND UN-ENFORCED IMMIGRATION LAWS ARE INCOMPATIBLE:

War on terrorism or war on Islam?

When Kamikaze suicide pilots launched a campaign of terror on the U.S. Navy during WWII, we didn't say that it was a war against Kamikaze pilots. It was a war against their sponsor -- Japan.

The so called "war on terrorism" is a euphemism for the war that should be fought against the Islamic Fascist sponsor countries like Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and etc.-- countries from which the U.S. has its share of illegal aliens.

The question is: Are Islamic Fascists part of a small fringe group or a world wide Islamic conspiracy against Jews? Wafa Sultan answers this question on Al Jazeera in this video:     Click here for Broadband,            Click here for Dialup

MISPLACED ANTI-"ANTI-SEMITISM":

When Mel Gibson made his drunken anti-Semitic rant, the Hollywood crowd, the ADL, and most of the Jewish community came out against Gibson with outrage even though there is nothing in the way of his actions that proves him to be an incorrigible anti-Semite. For Jackie Mason's take (and my take) on Gibson, click here.

But where is the outrage by the ADL, the Hollywood crowd, and Jewish community against active anti-Semites like CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations). It seems that it is politically correct NOT to criticize the real anti-Semites.

Just prior to 9/11, CAIR had solicited funds for two terrorist charities related to Al-Qaeda and Hamas, the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development, and the Global Relief Foundation, both shut down after 9/11 by the U.S. Government.

Is there any outrage that CAIR’s Executive Director, Nihad Awad, in March of 1994, had publicly stated his support for Hamas, saying that "after I researched the situation inside and outside Palestine, I am in support of the Hamas movement?"

Is there any outrage that the Executive Director of CAIR-Florida, Altaf Ali exactly one month after 9/11, on a local radio show repeatedly refused to answer the question of whether he believed the people that perished during the 1st World Trade Center attacks were innocent?

Is there any outrage that CAIR had criticized the prosecution of the spiritual leader of the ’93 bombing, Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman, listing the trial as an "incident of anti-Muslim bias and violence"?

Is there any outrage that CAIR, masquerading as a ‘civil rights’ organization, has called into question its own support for nefarious causes? In late 2001, CAIR appeared to be in violation of United States law, as in regards to the providing of material support to terrorists.

Is there any outrage that CAIR and the American-Muslim community refuse to unconditionally criticize and hold mass rallies against Muslim anti-Semitism like this Palestinian hate sermon, or this Saudi brainwashed little girl (and the Saudis are our friends?) or this Palestinian anti-Semitic presentation inciting children. How about this cartoon for the kiddies.

SO WHAT DOES ALL THIS HAVE TO DO WITH ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION?

Jews, by supporting the legalization of illegal aliens, are inadvertently supporting open borders for illegal entry into the U.S. by terrorists who want to kill us

Nearly five years after 9/11, liberal Jews still don’t get it.
