The best advice I can give you is to direct you to Ohio. In Ohio, if you kill someone through negligence, it's a misdemeanor. If on the other hand, you kill someone through negligence with a suspended driver's license, it's a felony. Another advantage of driving without a valid license, is that you can't get a license you don't have suspended.

I am a concerned citizen worried about the upcoming demonstrations by the illegal aliens and their open border supporters getting the attention of our spineless politicians who will cave in to their demands for amnesty.

Not to worry, the open border groups come from countries and cultures where the only way to achieve political reform is through intimidation and insurgency. Their methods won't work in this country. In fact, the first time they demonstrated in 2006, it had an outcome that was the opposite of their objectives. Americans, some who were previously sympathetic to the amnesty seekers, became so outraged by the arrogant demands of the seditious paraders, they rallied to defeat the insane Senate's so called Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill. Realizing this, the May 1 "amnesty for all" organizers ordered their followers to carry a few American flags along with their "true" flags for their 2007 rally which, by the way, turned out to be a complete flop -- turnout was pitiful. But it seems that with the current three presidential candidates, all of whom want amnesty for the 12 million illegal aliens presently in the U.S., the amnesty seekers have gotten up their nerve again. Expect the same outrage by Americans in May of 2008, as was the case in 2006 -- Americans will rally again to defeat amnesty and boot the pandering politicians.

The City of Los Angeles has many employees of a questionable background. While police officers get a thorough screening, the support people often do not. When I came to the City 5 years ago, I had to produce the usual documents to get hired, but I was surprised to learn that the documents are accepted “as is”. As such, I believe that many City employees are in fact, illegal aliens. In fact, two of my co-workers have admitted to me that they are not here legally. Because these people have access to confidential areas, shouldn’t the City of LA verify the true status of its employees due to the rampant document fraud? Just who is sweeping up in those confidential areas?

Write in a name if it makes you feel better. But write in someone whose principles encompass your own principles of strong immigration law enforcement. Ron Paul is a Libertarian disguised as a Republican who doesn't want work place enforcement. I went to the trouble of getting my very own Matricula. It cost me forty bucks in Los Angeles. It took a half hour. It's a phony, but I feel that I can get all the benefits a citizen can't get, which are more than citizens are getting these days. I have a question: the Bank of America had a $500 line of credit for anyone using a Matricula. I have an account there but the bank manager said she never heard of a $500 line of credit. What should I do? I need the money.

The B of A and many other banks give easy credit of $500.00 to illegal aliens who can produce a Matricula card along with an ITIN and does not require any credit references (the irony here is that Mexican banks don't accept the Matricula). For U.S. Citizens and legal aliens who have valid social security numbers, the bank does require references and does a background check based on the applicant's social security number. So if you have any delinquencies on your profile or if you were in bad standings with another bank, you will be turned down! To obtain an ITIN, download a W-7 form, fill it out and turn it in along with your tax return to the nearest IRS office. Show the IRS agent your phony Matricula and tell him that you are an illegal alien and wish to pay your taxes. The IRS does not have a cross database with the Mexican government, so they have no way of checking the validity of your Matricula. The IRS agent might get suspicious, but they are not allowed to profile. Tell him that the SS number on your W2 is not yours but that you, wanting to be an honest tax payer, want to file your taxes. The IRS doesn't care if you have a W-2 with a phony SS number and will not report you -- they are only interested in getting your tax money. Your forms and return will be sent to the ITIN Operation of the IRS in Austin TX. For more detail on obtaining an ITIN, click here. The ITIN Operation division will file your tax return for you and will mail your ITIN card to you which you will receive in about seven weeks (once you receive your ITIN, mail your return in just like legitimate tax payers do). Take your Matricula and ITIN card to a bank where they don't know you. They will then give you the same banking privileges as they do all illegal aliens.

There has always been a pattern of killer hurricanes along the Gulf Coast and Eastern U.S. The worst hurricane to ever hit Galveston, Texas, was in 1900 killing over 8,000 people. And don't forget about the Great New England hurricane of 1938. I don't think that those hurricanes were caused by global warming as there weren't many cars in those days -- people more often used horses. I can't prove it, but my theory is that global warming is caused by horse shit.

I am a Barack Obama supporter. I think you are making a big deal about Barack's past association with William Ayers. Obama himself was only eight years old when Ayers bombed the New York City Police Headquarters in 1970, the Capitol building in 1971, and the Pentagon in 1972. Obama was far too young to have been a member of the Weather Underground and his ties to Ayers are irrelevant. Moreover, all charges against Ayers were dropped and now Ayers and his wife, Bernadine Dohrn, are actually pretty "mainstream" these days. This is pure "guilt by association."

Charges against Ayers were dropped because of inadmissible evidence resulting from an botched wiretap. But that doesn't mean that Ayers isn't guilty. In fact Ayers is unrepentant in admitting his guilt saying that he should have done more. True, Obama was eight years old when Ayers was a terrorist, but Obama was in his late thirties when his association with Ayers began -- including a fundraiser event for Obama at Ayers' home. I can only conclude that if Obama wasn't repelled by Ayers, then he IS guilty by association.

Once illegal aliens find out that it's virtually legal to be illegal in the U.S., most develop a pattern of violating the law.
